

增加生活儀式感!咖啡愛好者必備—摩卡壺
小編是個咖啡愛好者,從前的我本來不喝咖啡(覺得很苦不知道哪裡好喝),但大學曾經到咖啡廳打工,學習義式咖啡機操作、虹吸壺咖啡煮法還有冰滴咖啡的沖泡,以及大大小小的咖啡豆知識,讓我逐漸愛上咖啡這迷人的東東,加上大學拍短片時常爆肝就更常喝咖啡了,一直以來都是喝超商或式咖啡店的義式咖啡,直到某一年生日,大學好友們集資送了我一個「摩卡壺」後,開啟了我愛上在家煮咖啡的習慣!


圖為摩卡壺本人,摩卡壺是一個簡易的工具,可拆解成3個部分,最下面裝開水,中間夾層放摩卡壺專用咖啡粉,只要放置火源上(瓦斯爐或戶外野炊都適用!)_就能沖出新鮮咖啡液,再依個人喜歡加入牛奶或冰開水就可變成一杯好喝的拿鐵或美式!
如圖,水滾之後就會往上沖咖啡粉,然後新鮮的咖啡液就會如噴泉般湧出!因為單價不高,一罐咖啡粉300台幣至少能煮一個月(天天煮),製造的垃圾還比膠囊咖啡機少,像我這種文青還是比較喜歡手動的咖啡壺,推薦給小資女,或是咖啡愛好者可以初步嘗試,當然夢想還是在家有一台小型義式咖啡機最好喇!
